January 14: Boom Crash Opera play 4 songs during a set break of Dale and Maz's cover band, SURVIVAL. The dance floor empties immediately but the band are excited to play for the first time in front of a crowd.
February 15: First ever photo of the band (with Gerry Gee) taken by Ross Hipwell (Photographer for newspaper, The Age) at Richard's house in Canning Street, Carlton.
